This is an intermediate level weekly Beading Workshop on a Friday evening, where you can develop individual projects with the help of an experienced tutor. We recommend that you have covered one or two terms of our beading courses and are ready to build on techniques previously learnt.

Class format and activities

We will use the sessions to build on your own skills, working on your own projects in our well equipped studio. During the course there will be ongoing discussions and examples on bead stringing & weaving techniques, the appropriate threads & findings to use. The tutor will facilitate group discussions and work with you one-to-one and in groups.

Course entry requirements

This is an interemediate level course. We recommend you have covered the beading techniques taught on our Thursday evening Beading Workshops

What you need to know before you enrol

This is a practical course and will require hand skills for working with threads and knotting techniques.

What to bring to class

This is a course designed for you to bring your own materials to work with, we have a good range of beading equipment available in C32, and some beads, but this course is for you to work on your own projects. A notebook and pen is also strongly recommended.
