This course is suitable for anyone who wants to study GCSE English with us next academic year. It is an introduction to the knowledge and skills required for AQA GCSE English Language and will focus on developing reading and writing skills. We will look at past papers and explore the specific challenges of GCSE English Language. This short course taught by an experienced GCSE teacher and examiner will help you understand what you need for the GCSE English Language course. We will focus on the skills needed for the reading and writing questions of both papers and work out how how best to prepare for the course itself. Lessons will be interactive and student centred and aim to develop key skills as well as exploring the exam questions..
