This short course taught by an experienced GCSE teacher and examiner will help you understand what you need for the GCSE English Language course. We will focus on the skills needed for the reading and writing questions of both papers and work out how how best to prepare for the course itself. Lessons will be interactive and student centred and aim to develop key skills as well as exploring the exam questions..
This course suits learners who have completed L2 Functional Skills, or who have attempted GCSE English Language in another setting, but are yet to pass. A good standard of written English is required.
We will give you a short writing test to assess your suitability for the class.
