This is a general fitness class for the over 60's. There is always a fun, an aerobics element which challenges students at their own level.

Weekly timetabled class in college with social distancing. During these sessions you will work individually and in small and large groups with other students. Typical activities include: Moving around the room to music, rhythmically, doing aerobic exercise specifically tailored to the mature student. Work with hand weights. Floorwork to tone and strengthen muscles. Learn how to consciously relax body and mind. You will be assessed by tutor assessment and feedback. You will be asked at the end of course to assess the progress you have made.

This course requires a minimum of 9 hours additional study outside of class time.
Loose clothing and trainers or lightweight shoes. A towel to lay on and water.
Attend an extra class at Morley. Home practice.
