Confidence Through Acting (Saturday)

This course is designed for newcomers who want to explore what it is that stops us being at our best in the work-place and in our personal lives? For many of us it is simply because we do not feel very sure of ourselves. This class is for people who do not necessarily want to pursue acting as a career or even a hobby but would just like to feel more confident.
